Pastor Randy Stilson
Pastor Randy was not raised in a family where church or God was a priority. After graduating from high school, he entered the military. He served in the United States Marine Corps driving truck. He continued to drive tractor trailer after being honorably discharged in 1980. It was not until 1981, when he received Christ as Savior, that he went to church. He started attending a Baptist church where he was grounded in the Bible. In 1982 he started to work at a group home for teenage boys; he served there for 20 years. Randy and his wife Diann, and four children, worshiped at the Buena Vista Wesleyan Church for most of those years. He took training through the Wesleyan denomination to become a minister. In 2002 Pastor Randy became the Assistant Pastor at Athens Wesleyan Church. In 2008 he accepted the position of Pastor of Chemung Christian Fellowship. Throughout his journey of faith he has found God to be faithful in every situation. The Bible is his foundation and guide on how he is to live, preach, and teach.
